Haiku
Good Company
On a lonely Day,
I was welcomed by a Tree
To sit down and rest.
:Susan-kay :Hanzlik.
Detrimental Saying
WHO started the phrase,
“Big boys don’t cry?” - How many
Have been hurt by that?
:Susan-kay :Hanzlik.
Survival Mode
Desperate Days blur
Into broken down Nights on
The side of the Road.
:Susan-kay :Hanzlik.
Grief
Ancient, primal pain
Arose from depths within her
When she lost her child.
:Susan-kay :Hanzlik.
Deep Insight
He will know it’s her
When he looks into her eyes
And feels his soul stir…
:Susan-kay :Hanzlik.
Thoughts
If you could come back
I wonder what you would say
After all this time?
:Susan-kay :Hanzlik.
