To the Flower Vase.

Everyone else thought
He was solving the problem.
He thought they all were.

If I could just go
Back to before they all left
I’d be there right now.

A part of me longs
For what used to be, yet will
Never be again.

How can a Planet
Filled with billions of people
Feel so desolate?
